Returns:

You can place a return through your online profile.
You will need to self ship the products to our location in India.
Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Refunds for ready-to-ship items will be credited back to your original payment method.
Refunds for made-to-order items are issued as store credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months and redeemable online or in any COYU store. Use it in one go or across multiple purchases—full-price, discounted, or sale—with no minimum spend and stackable with other promotions.

Duties:

Most countries are shipped with Delivery Duties Paid, where we collect the Delivery Duties upfront, so that you see complete pricing upfront and to avoid duty hassles. Duties & Taxes applicable as per the recipient's address will be shown on the checkout page, once the shipping address is added.
In case where we do not ship with Duties Paid, the website will clearly show that Duties are not paid, and the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Further, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.
